I love this style of low cut boots.  They're look so cute on a doll.  They're made of white leather with decorative stitching around the edge, a silk ribbon tie that is woven in the leather.  They have a silver buckle in the front with a leather bow.  The soles are made of white cardboard marked with a size 4.  They measure 2 1/4" long by 7/8" wide.
