A sweet high-waisted dress made of white pique cotton. It has puffed sleeves and gathered at the waist with a blue silk double bow. The puffed sleeves and hem are trimmed with scalloped embroidered lace. It measures 12 ½” at the shortest part of the scalloped trim, 6” across the shoulders and 12 ½” around the chest area.
