This is a fine dollhouse picture of a house on a grassy hill with a windy road and ocean in the distance with a sail boat.  In the front are flowers made of real tiny seashells.    It's signed by the artist which I was told was a holocaust survivor, but I can't make out the name or verify it.   It could maybe say "Joanna".  The year signed is "76". The picture is mounted in a gold gilted embossed frame.   A rare and delightful piece that measures 3 1/2" by 3 1/8"
