Gorgeous pale blue doll hat. This precious hat is made of china silk. It’s has very fine pleating all the around the top and underneath the brim. It’s trimmed with fine scalloped picot edge lace and decorated with off-white millinery flowers and matching wispy feathers. The inside circumference which goes around the head measures around 10 ½” inches. This style is versatile. It will fit around a 16” doll or larger since the opening doesn’t have to fit on the head can sit on the doll’s head.
