This is a mixed box of mercury bulbs in a Shiny Bright box.  Some of the bulbs are covered with metallic mesh and other are not.  The box is early and is missing the front flap and is in worn condition.  Each one of the bulbs measure 1”,  has a cap and ready to hang on a Miniature tree.
