This rare antique fan looks to be made of bone and is hard carved.  The detailing is amazing.   It has a blue silk ribbon woven through the center and a brass handle with silk ribbon bow tied to it.  Outstanding and rare.  It measures 3" wide when opened and 2 1/2" long including the handle.  The bowed ribbon is 3 1/2" long.  It's being modeled with a 16" doll.
